Report Shows Massive Growth in Multichannel Retail Sales
A new report issued by Fresh Minds for DHL Supply Chain in the UK has found the vast majority retailers expect to massively grow their online sales channels in the coming year. Two-thirds of retailers and industry experts surveyed for the report believe their eCommerce sales will grow (or that they will start selling online for the first time) over the coming three years. It was also significant that 69% of respondents stated that multichannel sales are important to their business.
