I have attended several Cloudforce events over the last few years. It’s impressive to see how those events have grown bigger year after year and how much energy we get from these gatherings! Yesterday in London, we were about 3,000 people listening religiously to Mark Benioff, evangelizing the audience about the benefits of Enterprise Social Media and the new enterprise collaboration revolution.
It’s probably too early to gauge Chatter and its ability to drive more people (and ultimately more revenue!) within the Salesforce’s ecosystems and although analysts are a bit doubtful about it, I love it! And I really believe this can transform in depth the collaboration between workers within organizations! And I’m actually very proud to work in a company whose application (a ‘Configure-Price-Quote’ software solution) has been among the first to embrace this vision and to “chatterized” its solution!
At Cloudforce London however, “chatting” also happened the ‘old’ way. This was a fantastic venue to network, chat, discuss and shareface to face with salesforce users, employees and partners!
I’m now looking forward to Cloudforce Paris and of course Dreamforce!
